Happy New Year!!! 2015

So for a very long time I have battled with my weigh loss. I've seen a personal trainer, joined health programs, weight watchers, etc. I realized my problem is not so much eating the right foods but making the time to do the work. When was seeing the personal trainer and going to kickboxing, i felt great while doing the workouts! However, something always happens to change my path.

My treadmill has been in my life for I want to say over 5 years. When I purchased it I just knew i was going to use it if not every day at least three times a week. Yeah, not so much!! My treadmill has gone from being in the closet, to my room, to my daughters room, to then what became the spare bedroom and now it is ready and waiting for me.

Today after an amazing love making session with my husband welcoming the new year and then some more for lunch, I took a shower, put my work out clothes on and got on the treadmill. I did fifteen minutes on a 3.0 incline at 3.0 mph. My goal is to get on this horse every day for the minimum of fifteen minutes.

Today I feel great! I have my goals set and looking forward to what is to come. Every day will not be as great as today but I know a must do, on a daily basis will be to get on the treadmill every day w/o fail. Should I feel the need to be lazy, I will get on. No one else can do this for me. I have to do it. So here we go!!! Until tomorrow!

Probiotics 25Billion

So... I've been struggling with loosing weight for some time now. In the past I've been successful but I believe it was because I was younger and had more pep in my step back then. After my divorce things started going down hill. My main focus was to get my life back together and make sure my kids and I survived. Long story short, I put all of my things in storage, moved in with a friend of mine for 5 months until we could find an apartment. Not only did I find an apartment after five months, but I was also able to find a part time job right up the street from the house. I was on the go all the time and health and exercise  were not my focus. As long as we had a meal, that was sufficient for me. If you've been through a divorce you know the emotions one goes through and how difficult it can be to put your life back together.

Today I am remarried with another child, that makes three children in total and I am 41yo. On my 41st birthday I got strep throat ;( and ever since i've gotten in twice after. I'm allergic to Penicillin and the thought of removing my tonsils scares the crap out of me. I'm too old for that!

I purchased a gym membership and cancelled it because I only went twice in one year. I saw a personal trainer and didn't lose but 10 lbs. that came back on. I did weight watchers and that didn't work. I went to a gym for 60 days and there was minimal change.

Not sure how the conversation came about, but, a colleague of mine started talking about how much weight he had lost by using Probiotics 25 billion. I didn't know what it was but was certainly intrigued that he had lost 30 lbs in two months. The process didn't sound bad at all and it sounded like the weight I lose will stay gone by using this. I thought about it and as soon as I was able to I went to GNC and bought it. I was expecting this HUGE evacuation but it has been the complete opposite. I haven't really used the bathroom to that extreme at all. I don't have any cramps or anything. Today is going to be day 3 of using it and the one change i have noticed was the morning after I used it the first night, I felt like I had more energy and a certain pep in my step that was familiar to me. My skin looks better and my nails are stronger. I will continue to update my progress. Oh I haven't weighed myself yet so I better do that now. Until next time my fellow 40's.

XO, B
